Moon Dance is a movement and meditation practice for embodiment, deep rest, and community. Imagine a women's circle that's a dance party that ends in yoga.
No Experience Necessary - Come As You Are
Wear comfy clothes to move freely in, dress in layers, bring a water bottle. You may want a yoga mat, blanket, or eye pillow to get cozy for yoga nidra.
