We gather together on the full moons. We start with some centering practices and a sharing circle. Then it's a Dance Party! I offer some movement suggestions, from gentle tai chi sways to powerful punches to rolling on the floor. You don’t have to follow the moves! Maybe you're feeling like spinning in a circle or kickboxing. Whatever your body wants to do. You don't have to be a dancer or be good at anything! Dancing is your right and privilege as a human being!​ We end with yoga nidra. It's a resting practice, lying down on a yoga mat, and giving yourself a true break. Then we share in the circle again and have time for some chitchat. You can sweat and shake off the stress of the day AND THEN drink tea covered a blanket. We contain multitudes.
