Moon Dance is a movement and meditation practice for embodiment, deep rest, and community. Imagine a women's circle with dancing that ends in yoga nidra. No Experience Necessary - Come As You Are. May 1 is also Beltane, join for a bonfire afterwards!
Wear comfy clothes to move freely in, dress layers, bring a water bottle. You may want a yoga mat, blanket, or eye pillow. $15 or pay what you can
